Implementation training

When a customer receives a new device or a system, all users receive training on its use. Also people responsible for maintenance of the devices and persons in charge in the administration receive training to fit their needs. In this way, the customer has the ability to use the product in the best way possible.

The implementation training is conducted either in the Finnpark training centre in Tampere or in the customer’s premises, according to the customer’s wishes. Implementation training is based on Finnpark's long experience in the field and profound device knowledge.

Other training

Finnpark can also arrange Designa training whose contents and emphasis can be adapted to meet the customer’s needs.

The Designa 1 training includes familiarisation with the basic parts and features of the PM Abacus system, its maintenance measures, and the system cards. In addition, user experiences, important vocabulary, products within the system, and general principles of parking can be included in the training.

The Designa 2 training includes a deeper knowledge of the PM Abacus system, development of support functions, as well as reporting and statistics compiling. The training can also cover the improvements of the utilisation rate, providing the customer with added value, and study user experiences and the general principles of parking in more detail.
